KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
-

● Check the stock and send report daily basis.

● material Monitoring daily inbound and outbound.

● Documentation work for both inbound and outbound material.

● Dispatch planning

● Dispatch Details Send to customer’s daily basis.

● Track all dispatches daily basis and follow up.

● Handling manpower for Material Loading & Unloading.

● Handling Returns from customer.

● Material Received and Arranging in Location.

 ● Prepare Packing
List.

● Day to day work.

● Handling all type of loading & unloading.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITES: -

 ● Handling manpower
(Drivers & Assistants).

● Receiving of Parts.

● Check Material (part No. and Qty) as per Invoice/
Challans.

 ● Date stamp for
maintain FIFO.

● Making daily HUB report (Inbound & Outbound).

● Check Vehicle Documents.

● Maintain Service Record of Vehicles.

● Follow up with Vendors & Buyers.

● Handling Receipts & Issue.
