Ecommerce Asst. Manager

Job description

Job Description We’re seeking for an experienced and talented e-commerce Assistant Manager with
experience in Ecommerce market-places Sales to join our dynamic team at Doodle
Collection Pvt Ltd.
More specifically:
 Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Ecommerce marketplace sales and
operation.
 Manage the day-to-day Operations of all Ecommerce Marketplace portals.
 Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
 Manage individual and bulk listings, update product data specifications, images
pricing discount etc.
 Reports generation, sales analysis and replenishment of inventory to avoid out
of stock of critical SKUs.
 Monitoring promotional activities like price optimization, PPC, coupons across
all marketplaces, Maintain monthly and quarterly growth numbers across
portals.
 Should be familiar with Amazon Vendor Central NIS & Order Processing, Flipkart
Opt-ins and Myntra coupons.
 Basic Knowledge on AMS and Flipkart PCA Ads is preferable.
 Create sales reports and share feedback with the Reporting Manager.
 Keen analytical mind, strong on planning, detail, and accuracy, and be a
demonstrably creative thinker.
Personal Skills:  Excellent analytical skills in analyzing data.
 Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English
 Multitasker and proactive
Knowledge base  Sound knowledge of e-commerce platforms, tools, and technologies, including
online marketplaces
 Ability to work collaboratively and take charge as a leader when required.
 Ability to successfully execute plans through structured processes.
