Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve personal loan targets.

 Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels.

 Build and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their

financial needs.

 Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

 Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for

improvement.

 Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns.

 Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and

competitor activities.

 Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:

 Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial

services industry.

 Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

 Strong understanding of personal loan products and market dynamics.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

 Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.

 Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
