What you’ll be responsible for:
Campaign & Creative strategy and Execution: Develop and execute campaigns that resonate with
the Target Audience while delivering business & brand goals.
Main Topical Campaigns: Ideate and execute end to end 360 campaigns.
BAU Creative process: Spearhead all creative deliverables as per business timelines working with
brand, performance marketing teams as well as other business units.
Creative Strategies: Innovate creative strategies for brand promotion. Collaborate with
cross-functional teams for product launches.
Content Strategies: Develop and execute content strategies for online presence. Manage social
media, website, and online advertising campaigns.
Brand custodian: Be responsible for brand guidelines to be followed and online reputation
management.

adjustments to optimize branding efforts.
What’ll you need to bring to the table:
1. 3 to 4 years of relevant experience
2. Good verbal and written communication skills
3. Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross functional partnerships
independently
4. Obsessed with consumer insights and brand growth
5. Graduate/ Post graduate from a good college (preferable)

Primary Responsibilities:
● Develop a communication strategy and execute campaign plans (primarily digital media).
● Develop communication strategy as per the marketing calendar, brief to
creative/messaging, brief/buy media, and support creative production & adaptations.
● Assist the team in converting communication strategies into target-achieving campaigns in
collaboration with the media team.
● Maintain brand hygiene and health on various platforms and marketplaces.
● Work closely and collaborate with media partners, internal PR, and other cross-functional
teams to deliver against plans. Category insights & deliver on strategy
● Lead and execute the category insights & consumer insights work.
● Work with the category manager to develop a research calendar, and regular consumer
check-ins and feed that back into the communication/content strategy.

● Work with a market research agency and execute research projects end to and end. Report
with outcomes. Work closely with the Marketing Manager to deliver the Product Initiatives
(Launches, Promotions, other).
● Develop project calendar and manage resources; Engage everyone aboard, both
internal/external End-to-end project management & ongoing of the business.
● Work closely with the sales team and execute small/big sales initiatives.
