Currently pursuing a degree in Food Science, Food
Technology, or a related field.
Location- Sanpada, Navi Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Testing and Analysis:
➔ Conduct tests for moisture, gluten, ash, and
oil content in food products.
➔ Utilize laboratory equipment to perform
accurate and reliable analysis.
➔ Ensure compliance with industry standards for
each testing parameter.
2. Quality Parameters:
➔ Establish and maintain quality control
protocols for moisture, gluten, ash, and oil testing.
➔ Implement procedures to monitor and maintain
the desired quality standards.
3. Material Receiving:
➔ Evaluate incoming raw materials for compliance
with quality specifications.
➔ Determine whether materials meet established
criteria and approve or reject them accordingly.

Label Compliance:
➔
Collaborate with the labeling team to ensure that product labels comply with
regulatory requirements.
➔
Verify that labels accurately reflect the tested parameters and nutritional
information.

Documentation and Reporting:
➔
Maintain meticulous records of testing procedures, results, and quality
assessments.
➔
Prepare detailed reports on the findings and communicate insights to the
R&D team.
Qualifications:
● Currently pursuing a degree in Food Science,
Food Technology, or a related field.
● Strong interest and course work in moisture,
gluten, ash, and oil testing.
● Familiarity with laboratory equipment used for
specialized testing.
● Knowledge of food chemistry and quality control
principles.
● Excellent attention to detail and analytical
skills.
● Effective communication and collaboration
abilities.
