access to good food in a sustainable manner by providing food that suits our customers' palettes and
nutritional needs. Our current portfolio of brands includes EatFit, CakeZone, Sharief Bhai, Nomad
Pizza, Frozen Bottle, Olio, Rolls on Wheels, Home Plate, Juno's Pizza, Chaatstreet and Ovenfresh.
Role description:
• This is a category management/revenue role and entails working with the Q-commerce
category team for category building and development
• Build relationships with the key external stakeholders (Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, etc.) and
work on listing the portfolio of products on all quick commerce platforms
• Develop a marketing plan for each channel and analyze spends within each channel to make
recommendations on improving ROI
• Analyse category performance within each channel and make recommendations on how to
improve the share
• Ideate and build newer categories and products for growth across the channels by working
closely with the in-house food R&D team
• Conduct regular and detailed analyses of competitive offerings, pricing, and positioning to
identify any gaps in our portfolio and recommend corrective actions
• Understand customer behavior deeply across categories and work on key interventions to
augment customer experience
Requisites
• Passion for food, experience in building & scaling from Zero to 1 and 1 to 10
• Previous experience in q-commerce / e-commerce sales / key account /channel
management would be preferred
• Proficient in key account management, managing data, and leveraging insights to drive
penetration
• Excellent communication, analytical, and Excel skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset to build/ test/ learn fast through continuous experimentation
• Comfortable with day-to-day hands-on execution & iterations
• Growth first mindset
