JD- Account Executive
Zama Organics is looking for a qualified Account Executive to manage day to day accounting entries, reconciliations
and to communicate with internal and external stakeholders for resolution of queries.
Account Executive roles and responsibility includes:
- Recording daily transactions such as sales, purchase, incoming payments in accounting system
- Reconciliation of accounts and inventory
- Sharing of invoices and ledgers to external stakeholders and follow up on payments
- Assist the internal stakeholders in solving any accounting related query
- Review and finalization of all accounts.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally.ERP9/Prime preferable)
- Experience with general ledger functions
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
Location: Govandi, Mumbai
Workdays: Mon-Sat
Work Time: 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM
