Job description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Camera Installation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining security camera systems in various settings. This role requires technical proficiency, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure security cameras, including IP and analog systems.
• Conduct site surveys to determine optimal camera locations.
• Run and terminate cables (e.g., Ethernet, coaxial) for camera installations.
• Perform troubleshooting and maintenance of camera systems.
• Ensure all installations meet safety and operational standards.
• Provide training and support to clients on system usage.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, service requests, and inventory.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; ITI diploma preferred.
• Proven experience in camera installation and configuration.
• Knowledge of networking principles and experience with IP camera systems.
