 Roles & Responsibility:

 * Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about products and services

.
* Answer incoming calls from customers to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information.
* Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
* Follow up on leads and prospects to convert them into customers.
* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and sales.
* Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
* Stay updated on product knowledge, company promotions, and industry trends.
* Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance customer acquisition strategies.
