Be responsible for achieving monthly onboarding targets set by Direct Udhaar planning team Responsible for end-to-end onboarding of retailers in the credit program Present new ideas to improve customer credit onboarding process Responsible for continuously improving the onboarding process Monitor onboarded customers for their performance and drive higher adoption among on boarded customers Complete understanding and hands-on experience of executing lending-related documentation, loan agreements, lead generations, application processes, KYCs, etc. Should have basic knowledge of MS Office and e-mail.
