 Customer service and care in own specified area (bigger number of
customers)
KEY TASKS
Customer visits
 Additional sales, offers and contracts for new services
 Contract renewals and updates
 Customer feedback handling
Termination prevention
Follow up customer profitability counting results and needed actions
COMPETENCE
REQUIREMENTS
(Education, experience,
knowledge and skills)
 Good results in sales or additional sales
 At least secondary level education
 Has good knowledge of textile rental business/ models and products
 Knows customer profitability counting system
 Negotiation and presentation skills
 Good PC skills in Word and Excel
