Roles And Responsibilities

·       
Responsible for Maintaining Discipline of Employees.

·       
Preparing Sales Order & Invoicing in AX Software system as per customer order & also Preparing E-way bill.

·       
Handling daily basic loading and unloading of containers raw materials, finished goods.

·       
Inward & Outward Material entry on Excel & also AX
Software system.

·       
Daily Basic required order materials
from Godown & also customer’s requirement, punching order entries in
excel & also various software for production department

·       
Follow all pending order in production department.

·       
Manage all raw material physical stock Qty warehouse.

·       
Manage all received material from Production check material labelling in physically.

·       
Dispatch the material all state customers as per requirements
& also follow up transporter materials are delivered or not.

·       
Daily basic send the mail & Courier customers, that day
punching invoice copy & LR Copy as per given customer order.

·       
Maintaining Invoice Copy with LR copy filling physically for record purpose.

·       
Update all customer data basis in system & manual track record.

·       
Responsible For required Office Stationery Materials.

·       
Monitoring Staff Behaviors, Dressing in working Hours.

·       
Maintaining Accounts (Petty Cash Book), Office Stationery (Control & Management).

·       
Handling all the expenses & payment process.
