Job description
Generate repair orders and reports.
Communicate drivers need to service technician.
Performed routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes and fluid exchanges.
Assist technician to perform oil change ,tire rotation,brake & radiator flushes.
Handling minor & major complaints in a professional manner and work towards a solution with courtesy and
tact.
Report daily service statistics to management team.
Greeting the customers and scheduling service appointment.
Asking customer's concern and comments.
Handling customer complaints.
Writing service order and descriptions of the problem and repairs.
Explain repairs to customer.
