CREDIT MANAGER

Job description

Role & Responsibility:

• Credit Appraisal of Loan applications within defined guidelines and accordingly take decisions or recommendations for approval to higher authorities.
  
• Underwriting cases with the desired level of quality and enabling achievement of Branch Business targets by proper training.
  
• To evaluate proposals of customers for Home Loan and LAP.
  
• Use performance history along with liquidity, debt/asset management, and profitability ratios to assess creditworthiness in the evaluation.
  
• Interact with Customers & understand the business and regularly monitor delinquencies/infants.
  
• Decision-making within defined TAT
  
• Understanding of property-related knowledge (like legal title and market value of the property).
  
• Coordinating with sales, operations, legal, technical and customer service.
  

•  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  
•  Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in sales management, specifically in home loans or mortgage-related roles.
  
• Proven track record of success in leading and motivating sales teams to achieve and exceed targets.
  
• In-depth knowledge of the rural housing market, including market trends, regulations, and customer preferences.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Ability to work independently and remotely, managing multiple priorities effectively.
