Roles and Responsibilities
• Required to do accurate GRNs for the goods received, prepare price boards, conduct floor walk to focus on Price Boards & Bar Code.
• Update & maintain the registers like MRP change, SP change, Rate change, Barcode register.
• Coordinate with HO for EAN Linking, GRN cancellation, Tax queries in the invoice.
• Provide support in Stocktake preparation. Plays an active role in Daily Physical Inventory activity.
• Maintain registers to ensure compliance with process audit.
• Also Update The MIS report on Daily Basis Which need to sent to My Reporting Manager & Higher Management.
• Coordinating with Transport Team & Planning team.
• Daily work update dispatch Manager & DC Manger.
• Handling team of 18 members to 24*7 DC inward and Outward Operations.
• Ensuring timely Dispatch of transport vehicles & Vehicles Seal Records.
• Maintain stock of stationery; ensure proper maintenance of printers & computers of daily routine
• Arithmetic & Calculating skills, Basic Computer Knowledge, Coordination, Communication, Followup, Administrative.
• Has a positive attitude and the necessity or requirement of a job at this level and there is a scope to retain the employee for a longer duration in the system.
• Is having basic knowledge of Computer.
• Is high on integrity, is disciplined has patience, and can concentrate on the task at hand.
• Has good numerical ability.
