Understanding of entire gambit of Order processing, QC and dispatch of material. Co-ordinate between designer and factory production team. Should be able to coordinate between factory, designer & sales team for communication of dispatch schedule. Should be able to get replacement or damaged material dispatch from factory within agreed timelines. Should be able dispatch sample kits, shades cards and sample sets. Dispatch of material from factory on time.
