  2. Sales Achievement:

    • Meet Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives.
    • Execute Sales Strategies: Implement sales strategies and campaigns effectively to boost market presence and sales volume.
  3. Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
    • Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
  4. Product Promotion:

    • Product Education: Educate customers about the benefits of Shopkirana's product range and services.
    • Demonstrate Platform Use: Assist customers in understanding and using the Shopkirana platform for placing orders.
  5. Market Analysis:

    • Gather Market Intelligence: Collect and report valuable feedback from customers regarding product preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.
    • Customer Insights: Use gathered insights to refine sales strategies and improve customer engagement.
  6. Reporting and Documentation:

    • Sales Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
    • Performance Reports: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback to the management team.
  7. Coordination with Internal Teams:
