HARDWARE: Assembling & Disassembling of PC • Hardware troubleshooting

o NETWORKING: IP Addressing • Subnetting (FLSM & VLSM) • Network
Troubleshooting.

o WINDOWS SERVER 2016: DC, ADC Configuration • AD Users, Groups & OU
Management •

Implementation
of Account policy, Group policy, Local and domain security policy.

o OUTLOOK: Outlook Configuration • PST Back Up.

o DISK MANAGEMENT: Data Recovery • RAID Technology • Data Back Up and
Restoration.

o MICROSOFT OFFICE 365: MS Office Installation • Basic Troubleshooting.

o FILE & FOLDER SHARING: Network Drive Creation • Share Folder
Access

Responsibilities
- TECHNICAL SUPPORT:

Removal of
common user problem in Windows 11 & Windows 10 Enterprises based

Operating
Systems through Telephonic and Remote Desktop tool, SCCM remote desktop,

Microsoft
Remote Assistant, Bomgar Remote Support.

✓ Installation of
Windows Operating System (10 & 11) and it’s patches.

✓ Installation and
configuration of Local and Network printers & scanners on Windows

environment.

✓ Configuration, Maintenance
and up-gradations of desktops and laptops.

✓ Respond to calls
and E-mails from users on desktop, network, printer, scanner and

any
application related issues.

✓
Taking care of service packs and Automatic
Updates on desktops and laptops.
