Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative designs that meet clients' goals and objectives. Develop UI/UX designs for websites and digital platforms to ensure a seamless user experience. Pitch document and concept creation support. Assess customer behaviour and develop or adapt creative concepts according to the industry/ category/ TG/ medium Produce high-quality work with quick turnaround times, ensuring deadlines are met. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design and digital marketing. Work closely with other team members to ensure consistency in branding and messaging. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to campaigns and projects. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a marketing agency. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or similar design platforms.
