We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Professional to join our team at our online fitness
subscription business. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by
effectively selling our subscription-based fitness services to potential customers.
List the responsibilities, these should be the roles KPIs that we would measure on
Achieve forecasted sales goals by promoting our online fitness subscription services.
Manage the sales pipeline and proactively source leads through various channels.
Should be able to showcase the features and benefits of our fitness programs, primarily over
phone calls
Understand customer requirements and tailor solutions to meet their fitness goals.
On-board new customers and maintain ongoing communication to ensure satisfaction and
retention.
Requirements:

Highly motivated with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
Experience in inside sales and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Passion for fitness and a good understanding of the online fitness industry.
Work will involve night shifts and weekend shifts too
