Designation:Execution & Planning Engineer

MinimumQualification:Diploma
(Mechanical) + B. Tech Mechanical(Optional)          

Experience:2-5 years in related field

TargetIndustry:     Cables
& Wire Industry, Under Ground Cable Industry, Conductor Industry, Power
Transmission

Qualities:Knowledge of Sales Cycle (Enquiry Generation to
Payment Receipt), Online-offline tendering knowledge,Fluency in English,
Experience working in SAP (Optional)

JOBDESCRIPTION

1.      
Understand
the function of products which the company is dealing with

2.      
Basic
knowledge of SAP system

3.      
Knowledge
of Manufacturing & planning process of each items

4.      
Know
the working system and maintain SOPs of each assigned tasks

5.      
Understand
the technical requirement of customer and instruct the technicality to the
production team consequently

6.      
Maintain
the Planning sheet project wise and update on daily basis

7.      
Follow
up with Vendors for the timely delivery of ordered items as per the plan

8.      
Prepare
the SOPs for the dispatch process & assign to the warehouse supervisor

9.      
Visit
to the vendor site as and when required

10.  
Monitoring
inventory control, thereby ensuring ready availability of the stock as per the
market demand

11.  
Preparing
and sending various required reports to the reporting authority through SAP

12.  
Maintain
monthly stock figure and vendor bill tracking

13.  
Timely
maintaining the data entry in SAP system considering in & out of materials
in warehouse

14.  
Providing
detailed updates on warehouse & manufacturing unit activities

15.  
Ensuring
proper handling of Commercial task, SAP Entries and Execution to tally the
records

16.  
Basic
knowledge on MS office & Outlook
