Responsibilities:
1. Graphic Design: Develop visually stunning and cohesive designs for a variety of projects including but not limited to branding, marketing collateral, digital advertisements, social media content, and presentations.
2. Motion Graphics: Create engaging motion graphics and animations to enhance video content, websites, and other digital platforms. Utilize industry-standard software to bring static designs to life with fluid motion and captivating effects.
3. Video Editing: Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos that align with project objectives and brand guidelines. Incorporate motion graphics, visual effects, and sound design to produce high-quality video content for various channels.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, content creators, and product development to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
5. Conceptualization: Brainstorm and conceptualize ideas for visual content that effectively communicates key messages and resonates with the target audience. Translate concepts into compelling visual narratives that captivate and inspire.
6. Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of all design deliverables by conducting thorough reviews and adhering to best practices in design principles and production processes.
7. Deadline Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of productivity and attention to detail.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or related field.
2. 4-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a focus on motion graphics and video editing.
3. Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
4. Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, with an emphasis on motion graphics and video editing.
5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts and collaborate effectively with team members.
6. A keen eye for detail and a passion for staying updated on design trends, techniques, and technologies.
7. Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
8. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective design requirements.
2. Experience of working in a creative agency or similar fast-paced environment will be an added advantage.
