Responsibilities: 1. Graphic Design: Develop visually stunning and cohesive designs for a variety of projects including but not limited to branding, marketing collateral, digital advertisements, social media content, and presentations.2. Motion Graphics: Create engaging motion graphics and animations to enhance video content, websites, and other digital platforms. Utilize industry-standard software to bring static designs to life with fluid motion and captivating effects.3. Video Editing: Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos that align with project objectives and brand guidelines. Incorporate motion graphics, visual effects, and sound design to produce high-quality video content for various channels.4. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, content creators, and product development to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet or exceed expectations.5. Conceptualization: Brainstorm and conceptualize ideas for visual content that effectively communicates key messages and resonates with the target audience. Translate concepts into compelling visual narratives that captivate and inspire.6. Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of all design deliverables by conducting thorough reviews and adhering to best practices in design principles and production processes.7. Deadline Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of productivity and attention to detail. Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or related field.2. 4-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a focus on motion graphics and video editing.3. Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).4. Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, with an emphasis on motion graphics and video editing.5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts and collaborate effectively with team members.6. A keen eye for detail and a passion for staying updated on design trends, techniques, and technologies.7. Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.8. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective design requirements.2.
