As an
HR Executive at Your Company Name, you will be responsible for managing the
employee lifecycle from hiring to separation. Our ideal candidate should have
experience in handling HR-related tasks and should be familiar with relevant
laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
• Design and
Implement overall recruiting strategy.
• Prepare recruitment
materials and jobs in appropriate platforms
• Source and
recruit candidates by various methods such as job portals, social media
etc.
• Provide
analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the HOD
• Act as a point of
contract and build influential candidate relationship during the selection
process
• Manage the overall
interview, selection, and closing process
• Ensure all screening,
hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulation.
• Any other task as
assigned by reporting head
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree or from related field
· 1 years of experience in HR or a
related field
· Microsoft Excel
· Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills
· Strong organizational and time
management skills
