Job Description:

- Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Supervise store staff, including baristas, cashiers, and inventory managers
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve customer complaints
- Achieve sales targets and increase revenue through effective promotions and merchandising
- Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking products
- Maintain store appearance, including visual merchandising and cleanliness
- Implement company policies and procedures
- Manage cash handling, including deposits and reconciliation
