(specifically, but not limited to):o Data Science:▪ Data Engineering – AWS, GCP, Azure, Snowflake▪ ML engineering - Model Development, Feature Engineering, Scalable MLSystems▪ MLOps - Model Deployment, CI/CD, IaC▪ Big Data▪ Data Analytics▪ Data warehouses: AWS Redshift, Google Big Query, MLflow, KubeflowSnowflake.o Digital Transformation:▪ Generative AI, Industry 4.0, Gemini AI, IOT, Robotics, VR, PromptEngineering, ChatGPT, Bard and similar tools▪ Designing ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.o Core Tech• Master's degree in computer science/information science or related fields.• Extensive experience in program development, building assessment centres,competency frameworks preferably in the Edtech or technology training sector• Enthusiasm for edtech startup space Generates IP - L&D – Assessments and program design for top technology roles indemand.• Keeps abreast with the latest industry trends in the domain of software engineering,Information technology, Data Science .• Engages with potential clients during the pre-sales phase. Interact & Brainstorm withleadership teams at enterprises to assess gaps in skill and leverage your knowledge tocreate world-class learning and development programs relevant to various tech domainsfor Antwalk’s target customers.• Understands client needs to create bespoke programs, communicates the valueproposition of the L&D programs, and establishes strong client relationships.• Crafts clear, concise, and compelling program proposals tailored to the unique needs ofeach client. Participate in client presentations to effectively communicate programproposals.• Create quality content, assessment centres, competency frameworks on various subjectswithin the technology domain and ensure relevant material are available on Antwalk’srole readiness platform.
