Job description

7 - 10 years of end-to-end experience in Core Technology, Data Science and Digital
Transformation encompassing Strategy, Ideation, and Execution, preferably within the
BFSI/ Healthcare/Retail/Manufacturing/TMT sector. (specifically, but not limited to):
o Data Science:
▪ Data Engineering – AWS, GCP, Azure, Snowflake
▪ ML engineering - Model Development, Feature Engineering, Scalable ML
Systems
▪ MLOps - Model Deployment, CI/CD, IaC
▪ Big Data
▪ Data Analytics
▪ Data warehouses: AWS Redshift, Google Big Query, MLflow, Kubeflow
Snowflake.
o Digital Transformation:
▪ Generative AI, Industry 4.0, Gemini AI, IOT, Robotics, VR, Prompt
Engineering, ChatGPT, Bard and similar tools
▪ Designing ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
o Core Tech
• Master's degree in computer science/information science or related fields.
• Extensive experience in program development, building assessment centres,
competency frameworks preferably in the Edtech or technology training sector
• Enthusiasm for edtech startup space






Generates IP - L&D – Assessments and program design for top technology roles in
demand.
• Keeps abreast with the latest industry trends in the domain of software engineering,
Information technology, Data Science .
• Engages with potential clients during the pre-sales phase. Interact & Brainstorm with
leadership teams at enterprises to assess gaps in skill and leverage your knowledge to
create world-class learning and development programs relevant to various tech domains
for Antwalk’s target customers.
• Understands client needs to create bespoke programs, communicates the value
proposition of the L&D programs, and establishes strong client relationships.
• Crafts clear, concise, and compelling program proposals tailored to the unique needs of
each client. Participate in client presentations to effectively communicate program
proposals.
• Create quality content, assessment centres, competency frameworks on various subjects
within the technology domain and ensure relevant material are available on Antwalk’s
role readiness platform.
