Position Overview: We seek a dynamic Key Account Officer with strong B2B skills to manage
and expand key accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
 Visit 2-3 consultancies daily to onboard them with Leverage Education.
 Maintain and develop relationships with key accounts for long-term retention.
 Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities.
 Coordinate with internal teams for timely and successful solution delivery.
 Prepare and present reports on account status and performance.
 Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
 Address client concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
 Proven experience in key account management or similar B2B roles, preferably in the
education sector.
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
 Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred:
 Experience in the education sector, particularly domestic or study abroad programs.
 Knowledge of the local market in Amritsar, Ludhiana, and Chandigarh.
 Existing network within the education sector.
