Position Overview: We seek a dynamic Key Account Officer with strong B2B skills to manage and expand key accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and business growth. Key Responsibilities: Visit 2-3 consultancies daily to onboard them with Leverage Education. Maintain and develop relationships with key accounts for long-term retention. Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities. Coordinate with internal teams for timely and successful solution delivery. Prepare and present reports on account status and performance. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. Address client concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in key account management or similar B2B roles, preferably in the education sector. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Willingness to travel as needed. Preferred: Experience in the education sector, particularly domestic or study abroad programs. Knowledge of the local market in Amritsar, Ludhiana, and Chandigarh. Existing network within the education sector.
