• Sales Strategy and Planning:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities and areas for growth.
• Dealer Network Management:
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new dealers to expand the distribution network.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers, providing them with training, support, and resources to enhance their sales performance.
• Conduct regular visits to dealer locations to monitor sales activities and address any issues.
• Market Development:
• Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape, customer preferences, and emerging trends in the electric 3-wheeler market.
• Develop and execute localized marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
