Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Operations Coordinator to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role will include:

1) Clearing and Consolidating Data for Pending POD Downloads and Updates:

Ensure timely and accurate downloading and updating of Proof of Delivery (POD) information in the system.
Consolidate data from various sources to maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date record.

2) Responding to Sales and Transporter Emails:

Monitor and manage the email inbox, promptly responding to inquiries and requests from both sales and transporter teams.
Provide accurate and relevant information, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient communication.

3) Following Up with Transporter for Pending PODs:

Track and monitor the status of pending PODs with transporters.
Initiate regular follow-ups to expedite the retrieval and submission of outstanding PODs.

4) Monitoring Group Escalations and Notifying Relevant Individuals/Departments:

Keep a vigilant eye on group escalations and issues raised within the organization.
Identify critical matters and promptly notify the relevant individuals or departments for timely resolution.

5) Preparing MIS Reports:

Gather and analyze data to generate management information system (MIS) reports.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of the reports, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
