Job Responsibilities:
To ensure that the monthly HRP (Human Resource Planning) of the assigned vertical is completed within

To deploy diverse channels to identify strong job candidates, and market them about our firm
To carry out the negotiation with the candidate
To ensure the release of offer letter within due TAT post verification of documentation and other due
diligence
To facilitate joining formalities of the candidate and provide the desired assistance at the time of joining
To maintain the daily reports related to talent acquisition
To maintain cordial relationship with the assigned Functional Heads
To act as a SPOC for the assigned vertical and take care of the queries of candidates
Assist with ad-hoc projects within the Talent Excellence Team
To perform other TA activities as assigned by the supervisor
Desired Profile:
MBA/PGDM in HR with relevant experience may apply
A minimum of 1- 3 years of progressive experience as a Recruiter
Should be familiar with Job Boards & Social Media Recruitment
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written along with a high degree of professionalism
Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Should have a positive attitude and work well with teams
Dynamic, aggressive, result oriented and self-starter
Ability to work independently
