Define and monitor efficiency, effectiveness and success of the Procurement activitiesusing adequate controlling tools which are measurable and repeatable.7. Initiating a Sourcing Strategy in alignment with Global Procurement standards.8. Ensuring the implementation and tracking of the achieved results.9. Ownership for individual Procurement targets.10.Align internal local decision makers through focused communication.11. Perform cost and scenario analysis and benchmarking.12. Assess, manage and mitigate risks13. Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers14.Determine quantity and timing of deliveries15. Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand16.Establish appropriate guidelines, policy and governance across the organization basedon the Global Procurement standards and local compliance requirements.17.Observing high health and safety standards.18.
