Roles & Responsibilities: -
• Responsible for the production, procurement, and planning of daily operations
• Plans, schedules, and reviews workload and manpower to make sure targets are
being met on a cost-effective basis
• Manages the growth and success of the team
• Ensure that all workings are in a correct, cost effective and timely manner in
alignment with specifications and quality requirements
• Improving operational management systems, processes and best practices that
guarantee organizational well-being
• Contribute towards the achievement of company’s strategic and operational
objectives
• Proven work experience as operations manager
• Adequate knowledge of organisational effectiveness and operations management
• You will be responsible for improving performance, productivity, efficiency and
profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies.
• Provides guidance to employees
• Exposure to all function including QC /QA
EXPERIENCE & SKILL
>> Experience of Large Appliance Manufacturing industry
>> Has Cross functional dealing Experience.
>> Smart leadership skills.
>> Good knowledge of Computer and Processes
>> Experience of managing team size of 100 + people and good team manager
