HIRING FOR QUALITY EXECUTIVELocation - Surat, GujaratKey Responsibilities:• Quality Control: Monitor and inspect packaging materials and processes to ensure they meet established standards and specifications.• Compliance: Ensure all packaging operations comply with food safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.• Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the packaging process and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and quality.• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of packaging operations, including inspection reports, compliance documentation, and quality control data.• Collaboration: Work closely with the production, quality assurance, and logistics teams to coordinate packaging activities and resolve any issues that arise.•Training: Provide training and support to packaging staff to ensure they understand and adhere to quality and safety standards.• Audits: Conduct regular audits of packaging processes and materials to ensure ongoing compliance and quality.• Troubleshooting: Investigate and address any packaging-related issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.Qualifications:• Degree or Diploma in Food Science, Packaging or a related field.• Minimum of 1 years of experience in a quality control or packaging role within the food industry. • Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standards.• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with quality control software.Email gaurav.sodia@white-force.inContact - 9993104707
