HIRING FOR QUALITY EXECUTIVE

Location - Surat, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Control: Monitor and inspect packaging materials and processes to ensure they meet established standards and specifications.

• Compliance: Ensure all packaging operations comply with food safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

• Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the packaging process and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and quality.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of packaging operations, including inspection reports, compliance documentation, and quality control data.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the production, quality assurance, and logistics teams to coordinate packaging activities and resolve any issues that arise.

•Training: Provide training and support to packaging staff to ensure they understand and adhere to quality and safety standards.

• Audits: Conduct regular audits of packaging processes and materials to ensure ongoing compliance and quality.

• Troubleshooting: Investigate and address any packaging-related issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Food Science, Packaging or a related field.

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in a quality control or packaging role within the food industry. • Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standards.

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with quality control software.
