We are looking for young, dynamic and self-driven candidates to join our operations team!

As a property manager, the main objective would be managing properties, coordinating with vendors, members and conducting property visits to help achieve sales targets and bookings. The job is based in Bengaluru and property managers will be stationed at the property.

Location – Bangalore / Gurgaon / Hyderabad.

Responsibilities - *Set, plan, and implement events and communication campaigns for our properties. *Respond to customers in a timely manner. *Monitor, track, and report on feedback and online reviews. *Organize and manage events to boost brand awareness. *Coordinate with Marketing, finance, and Ops teams. *Respond to customers in a timely manner. *Build relationships with customers.

Requirements - *Proven work experience as a community management executive or similar role. *Experience planning and leading community events initiatives. *Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs. *Excellent verbal communication and writing skills. *Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. *Attention to detail, critical thinker, and problem-solver.
