Your primary role will involve handling calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Requirement and Skills: - o High school diploma or equivalent. o Proven experience in a call center or customer service role is advantageous. o Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities. o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. o Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment. o Adaptability and willingness to work in a 24/7 environment, including weekends and holidays. o Customer-centric attitude with a genuine desire to serve customers. o Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. o Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
