Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of collection agents to achieve targets and deliver exceptional results. 2. Collections Strategy: Develop and implement effective strategies for debt recovery, including segmentation of delinquent accounts, setting achievable targets, and monitoring performance. 3. Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to negotiate repayment plans, address inquiries, and resolve any issues or disputes in a timely and professional manner. 4. Risk Management: Analyze delinquency trends, assess credit risk, and take appropriate actions to minimize losses while preserving customer relationships. 5. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, company policies, and ethical standards in debt collection practices. 6. Reporting: Generate accurate reports on collection activities, delinquency rates, and recovery efforts, and provide regular updates to senior management. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in field collection, preferably in the financial services industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.
