Hiring HR Manager 

Location: Mumbai - Malad 

Role & Responsibility
∙ 

Human Resource – Hiring Specialist for ground sales staff for a housing finance NBFC 

∙Should have experience of atleast 2 years in hiring of ground sales staff for Housing Finance N
BFC/ LoanAgainst Property NBFC/ Micro Finance NBFC in Maharashtra 

∙Should have connect to hire freshers for ground sales staff for FMCG companies, logistics com
panies, paint companies, cement companies etc. Hiring candidates who have travel experience
within state 

∙Should have connect with atleast 15+ recruiters for staffing purpose
∙Should have connect with/ knowledge of newspaper, Instagram, linked-in recruitment initiatives 

∙Should have arranged mass recruitment drive for various locations in Maharashtra
∙Should be fluent in Marathi and Hindi apart from English
∙Should have knowledge of preparation of offer letter and CTC structure . 

∙Should have knowledge of labour laws for CTC structuring and taxation.
Qualifications and minimum requirement
∙Bachelor's degree in Business Administration 

∙Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in hiring for ground sales staff in Maharashtra 

∙Should be fluent in Marathi and Hindi. Should also be good in English
∙Ready to travel to various locations in Maharashtra for recruitment drive, conducting interviews
etc.
