Associate-HRBP

Job description

• Responsible for the end to end employee life cycle in SCM facilities in the state


• Partner with Operational managers to create a culture that supports business


• growth.


• Performing data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs


• Proposing HR initiatives in line with business objectives of business


• Supports HR deliverables and guiding unit HR for sourcing and hiringstrategies, performance management, compensation,employee relations & engagement etc


• Conducting periodic review to measure the HR deliverables.


• Planning and supporting day-to- day operations as well as on-going process improvement.


• Own employee Net Promoter Score & Employee safety .


• Consulting with line management and providing daily HR guidance & Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units.


• Partners with the legal department & vendors ,maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.


• Performs other related duties as assigned
