FINANCIAL SALES ADVISOR

Location -  Andheri(W) , Mumbai

Experience : 3+ years.

Roles&Responsibilities:

• Providepersonalizedfinancialcounselinganddebtmanagementadvicetoclients,understanding their unique financial situations and goals.
• Analyzeclients'debtprofiles,includingcreditcarddebt,loans,andotherfinancialobligations,to develop tailored debt repayment plans.
• Educate clientsoneffectivedebtmanagementstrategies,budgetingtechniques,andfinancialgoal setting to help them achieve long-term financial stability.
• Assessclients'creditreportsandprovideguidanceonimprovingcreditscoresandmanagingdebt responsibly.
• Collaboratewithclientstocreatecomprehensivefinancialplansthataddressdebtreduction, savings goals, and wealth-building strategies.
• Recommenddebtconsolidation,debtrestructuring,or debtsettlementoptionswhenappropriate, and guide clients through the process.
• Stayupdatedonindustryregulations,debtmanagementbestpractices,andfinancialproducts relevant to debt management and personal finance.
• Maintainaccuraterecordsanddocumentationof clientinteractions,financialplans,anddebt management recommendations in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Candidate requirements :

ExcellentEnglishandcommunication.

AlsowhocanspeakandunderstandthelanguageofTamil/Telugu/Malayalam. Knowledge of Credit card, Loans, and insurance industries.

Experience in finance field related unsecured loans preferred.

ExperienceininternationalprocessinaBPOwouldbe preferred.
