Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
 Accurately enter data into company databases and systems.
 Maintain data integrity and ensure the information is up-to-date.
 Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
 Review and correct any discrepancies in the entered data.
 Assist in generating reports and extracting data as needed.
 Communicate effectively with team members to ensure data
accuracy and consistency.
 Follow data program techniques and procedures to achieve the best
data quality.
 Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
 2 to 4 years of experience in data entry or related field.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
and data entry software.
 Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
 Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple
tasks.
 Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential
information.
Preferred Qualifications:
 Experience in the offshore oilfield industry or maritime sector.
 Familiarity with ERP systems and other data management tools.
 Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
