Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent across all levelsincluding Diversity hiring (Female, Person with Disabilities, LGBTQA+ and survivors) Understanding the job requirements, sourcing potential candidates through job boards, social media like LinkedIn, Naukri etc., campus drive, NGO, hiring agencies and other platforms. Building strong network and database of sources for hiring front line and kitchen staffs through targeted field visits. Recruiting right candidates within budget and timelines – Mass hiring for front line employees and staff category for the open positions. Responsible for maintaining robust/ active search agency and manpower contractor’s database as per T&C. Work closely with site managers or functional HOD to identify staffing needs and ensure optimal staffing levels are maintained. Lead and execute manpower mobilization for any new site or new city launch anywhere in India. Working with management/HO-HR team for various reporting/requirements. Responsible to ensure all on-boarding and Induction in planned and executed.
