Position Name – Assistant Manager – Operations

 Work Location – Charni Road East, Mumbai 

Min Exp require – 4 to 5 Years

Industry – NBFC /Banking or Fintech only other than any industry will not consider.

 Additional Skills for UAT testing person with operational background.
Managing PAN India disbursement.

 Trained new employees & share product knowledge.
Handling Fintech portfolio. 

Well verse with operation policies

● Domain understanding of NBFC lending especially Fintech loans, Supply Chain.

 ● Understanding functional requirements and system requirement specifications.

 ● Designing test scenarios and test cases.

 ● Execute all the test cases and report defects, define priority for each defect.

 ● Performed functional testing, regression, retesting.
● Prepared the RTM to confirm the test coverage and mapped it with the test cases.

 ● Verifying the integration of various components in the application and executing end-to-end testing.

 ● Defect reporting and tracking. 

● Carry out Regression testing whenever changes are made to the code to fix defects.

 ● Involved in all testing-related documentation.
● Preparation of Test Data.

 ● Involved in weekly review meeting

 ● Experience in Preparation of Test Scenarios, Test Cases Writing, RTM, Test Case Execution, Defect Tracking and Reporting.

 ● Having Experience in Bug/Defect Life Cycle.

 ● Experience in Agile Methodology and well versed with scrum
