Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve area sales targets
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize sales strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. marketing, customer service) to drive business results
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge
- Manage sales operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
- Travel within the assigned area to meet with customers, prospects, and sales team members
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales management experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
