Reports To: Design Director/Lead Designer

Location: Madhya pradesh Jabalpur

Position
Overview:

We are seeking a creative and
detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate
will possess a strong design sensibility, excellent project management skills,
and a passion for creating beautiful, functional spaces. The Interior Designer
will work closely with clients, architects, and contractors to bring design
concepts to life and ensure that projects are completed on time and within
budget.

Key
Responsibilities:

• Design Development:




• Develop and present creative design concepts for
  residential and commercial spaces.


• Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D
  renderings using CAD software.


• Select appropriate materials, furniture, lighting, and
  accessories to complement design themes and client preferences.


• Produce mood boards and design presentations for
  client approval.




• Client Interaction:




• Conduct client consultations to understand their
  needs, preferences, and budget constraints.


• Communicate design ideas and project updates
  effectively with clients.


• Provide expert advice on interior design matters and
  answer client queries.




• Project Management:




• Develop project timelines and manage the design
  process from concept to completion.


• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other
  vendors to ensure project specifications are met.


• Oversee installation of design elements and ensure
  quality control throughout the project lifecycle.


• Monitor project budgets and manage expenditures to
  avoid cost overruns.




• Technical Proficiency:




• Utilize design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit,
  etc.) to create and modify design plans.


• Prepare and review detailed drawings and
  specifications for construction documents.


• Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and
  design innovations.




• Collaboration and Teamwork:




• Work collaboratively with other designers and team
  members to share ideas and best practices.


• Participate in design critiques and contribute
  constructively to the design process.


• Maintain strong working relationships with clients,
  suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Education:
  Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.


• Experience:
  Minimum of [X] years of experience in interior design or related field.


• Skills:




• Proficient in design software (e.g., AutoCAD,
  SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite).


• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations,
  and ADA standards.


• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation
  skills.


• Strong organizational and project management
  abilities.


• Ability to work both independently and as part of a
  team.
