We are looking for a proactive and
detail-oriented Store Incharge to manage the day-to-day operations of our
store. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a
customer-focused attitude, and the ability to ensure the store runs smoothly
and efficiently. The Store Incharge will oversee staff, manage inventory, and
ensure that customers have a positive shopping experience.
Key
Responsibilities:
Store Operations Management:
Oversee the daily operations of the store to ensure
efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and
properly stocked at all times.
Implement store policies and procedures to maintain
high standards of quality and customer service.
Staff Supervision:
Supervise and support store staff, including
scheduling, training, and performance management.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals,
updates, and provide feedback.
Foster a positive work environment and encourage
teamwork and employee engagement.
Customer Service:
Ensure excellent customer service by addressing
customer inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
Monitor customer satisfaction and take proactive steps
to enhance the shopping experience.
Handle escalated customer issues and provide solutions
to ensure customer retention.
Inventory Management:
Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock
without overstocking.
Conduct regular stock checks and audits to maintain
inventory accuracy.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to order
products and manage deliveries.
Sales and Financial Performance:
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to
achieve sales targets.
Analyze sales data and generate reports for management
review.
Manage cash handling procedures, including opening and
closing tills, and ensuring accurate financial transactions.
Merchandising and Displays:
Oversee the setup and maintenance of product displays
to attract customers and promote sales.
Ensure merchandise is presented in a visually
appealing manner and aligned with brand standards.
Plan and execute promotional activities and seasonal
displays.
Safety and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
and store policies.
Conduct regular safety inspections and address any
hazards promptly.
Maintain accurate records of incidents and ensure
proper reporting procedures are followed.
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business
Administration or related field preferred.
Experience:
