Position Title: Store Incharge



Department: Retail Operations



Reports To: Store Manager/Regional Manager



Location:  Madhya pradesh jabalpur










Position
Overview:



We are looking for a proactive and
detail-oriented Store Incharge to manage the day-to-day operations of our
store. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a
customer-focused attitude, and the ability to ensure the store runs smoothly
and efficiently. The Store Incharge will oversee staff, manage inventory, and
ensure that customers have a positive shopping experience.










Key
Responsibilities:




  • Store Operations Management:


    • Oversee the daily operations of the store to ensure
      efficiency and effectiveness.

    • Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and
      properly stocked at all times.

    • Implement store policies and procedures to maintain
      high standards of quality and customer service.


  • Staff Supervision:


    • Supervise and support store staff, including
      scheduling, training, and performance management.

    • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals,
      updates, and provide feedback.

    • Foster a positive work environment and encourage
      teamwork and employee engagement.


  • Customer Service:


    • Ensure excellent customer service by addressing
      customer inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.

    • Monitor customer satisfaction and take proactive steps
      to enhance the shopping experience.

    • Handle escalated customer issues and provide solutions
      to ensure customer retention.


  • Inventory Management:


    • Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock
      without overstocking.

    • Conduct regular stock checks and audits to maintain
      inventory accuracy.

    • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to order
      products and manage deliveries.


  • Sales and Financial Performance:


    • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to
      achieve sales targets.

    • Analyze sales data and generate reports for management
      review.

    • Manage cash handling procedures, including opening and
      closing tills, and ensuring accurate financial transactions.


  • Merchandising and Displays:


    • Oversee the setup and maintenance of product displays
      to attract customers and promote sales.

    • Ensure merchandise is presented in a visually
      appealing manner and aligned with brand standards.

    • Plan and execute promotional activities and seasonal
      displays.


  • Safety and Compliance:


    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
      and store policies.

    • Conduct regular safety inspections and address any
      hazards promptly.

    • Maintain accurate records of incidents and ensure
      proper reporting procedures are followed.











Qualifications:




  • Education:
    High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business
    Administration or related field preferred.

  • Experience:
    Minimum of [X] years of experience in retail management or related field.

  • Skills:


    • Strong leadership and team management skills.

    • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

    • Proficient in retail management software and
