The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring the alignment of HR strategies with business goals. Key Responsibilities: HR Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Advise and support senior management on HR-related matters and organizational development. Conduct workforce planning to meet the current and future needs of the organization. Recruitment and Onboarding: Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection. Develop effective onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization. Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for key positions. Employee Relations and Engagement: Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement through various initiatives. Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a fair and consistent manner. Implement employee recognition programs to enhance morale and motivation. Performance Management: Develop and oversee performance management processes, including setting goals, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback. Identify training and development needs and coordinate appropriate learning opportunities. Support managers in addressing performance issues and implementing improvement plans. Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with market trends. Conduct salary reviews and manage payroll processes. Oversee employee benefits enrollment and address any related inquiries. Compliance and Policies: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations. Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and documentation. HR Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Prepare and present reports on HR activities and outcomes to senior management. Use data to inform decision-making and HR strategy adjustments. Health and Safety: Promote a safe and healthy work environment. Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures. Conduct regular safety audits and address any identified issues. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
