We are looking for a results-driven
Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that
promote our company's products and services. This role requires a strong grasp
of current marketing tools and strategies, and the ability to lead integrated digital
marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The Digital Marketing Manager
will work closely with the marketing team, supporting teams, and vendors to
launch campaigns on time and within budget.
Key
Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing
strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the company’s
website.
Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns,
including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display
advertising.
Content Creation and Management:
Create engaging and relevant content for various
digital platforms, including website, blog, social media, and email.
Manage and update the company’s website and social
media profiles with fresh and engaging content.
SEO and SEM:
Optimize content for the website and social media
platforms to improve search engine rankings.
Plan and manage paid search campaigns using Google Ads
and other relevant platforms.
Analyze website traffic and user behavior using tools
like Google Analytics to improve SEO/SEM strategies.
Social Media Management:
Develop and implement social media strategies to
increase engagement and followers.
Create and manage social media campaigns, including
paid ads, and track performance metrics.
Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies
accordingly.
Email Marketing:
Design and execute email marketing campaigns to
nurture leads and engage customers.
Develop email content, including newsletters,
promotional offers, and product updates.
Track and analyze email campaign performance and
optimize for better results.
Analytics and Reporting:
Measure and report performance of all digital
marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Use data and analytics to drive marketing decisions
and strategies.
Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and
suggest improvements.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
Work closely with the marketing team, sales team, and
other departments to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Collaborate with external vendors and agencies to
execute marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s
degree preferred.
Experience:
