Position Title: Showroom Salesperson

Reports To: Showroom Manager

Position
Overview:



We are seeking an enthusiastic and
customer-focused Showroom Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate
will have a passion for sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong
understanding of our products. The Showroom Salesperson will be responsible for
greeting customers, providing product information, and driving sales to achieve
targets.










Key
Responsibilities:




  • Customer Engagement:


    • Greet and welcome customers as they enter the
      showroom.

    • Provide detailed information about products, features,
      and pricing.

    • Assist customers in selecting products that meet their
      needs and preferences.


  • Sales and Product Knowledge:


    • Develop in-depth knowledge of the showroom’s products
      and services.

    • Demonstrate product features and benefits to
      customers.

    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and
      competitor offerings.

    • Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales
      opportunities.


  • Customer Service:


    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
      to encourage repeat business.

    • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues
      promptly and professionally.

    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through
      excellent service.


  • Sales Performance:


    • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

    • Track and report sales activities and results.

    • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.


  • Merchandising and Displays:


    • Ensure products are displayed attractively and are
      fully stocked.

    • Maintain showroom cleanliness and organization.

    • Assist with setting up and maintaining promotional
      displays.


  • Administrative Tasks:


    • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

    • Maintain accurate customer records and sales
      documentation.

    • Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure
      satisfaction and encourage reviews.











Qualifications:




  • Education:
    High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in
    Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

  • Experience:
    Minimum of [X] years of experience in retail sales, preferably in a
    showroom or similar environment.

  • Skills:


    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Proven sales ability with a track record of meeting or
