understanding of our products. The Showroom Salesperson will be responsible for
greeting customers, providing product information, and driving sales to achieve
targets.
Key
Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
Greet and welcome customers as they enter the
showroom.
Provide detailed information about products, features,
and pricing.
Assist customers in selecting products that meet their
needs and preferences.
Sales and Product Knowledge:
Develop in-depth knowledge of the showroom’s products
and services.
Demonstrate product features and benefits to
customers.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and
competitor offerings.
Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales
opportunities.
Customer Service:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
to encourage repeat business.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues
promptly and professionally.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through
excellent service.
Sales Performance:
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Track and report sales activities and results.
Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
Merchandising and Displays:
Ensure products are displayed attractively and are
fully stocked.
Maintain showroom cleanliness and organization.
Assist with setting up and maintaining promotional
displays.
Administrative Tasks:
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales
documentation.
Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure
satisfaction and encourage reviews.
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in
Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Experience:
