Key
Responsibilities
● Sales
Leadership: Lead
and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
● Strategy
Development: Develop
and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive growth and market
share.
● Client
Management: Build
and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer
service and satisfaction.
● Market
Analysis: Conduct
market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitive
landscape, and customer needs.
● Performance
Monitoring: Monitor
and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and
implement corrective actions.
● Training
and Development: Provide
coaching, training, and mentorship to the sales team to enhance their skills
and performance.
● Collaboration:
Work closely
with the marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment and
support for sales initiatives.

Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and
forecasts for senior management.
Qualifications
● Experience:
Minimum of 6
years of experience in sales, with a significant portion in the real estate
industry.
● Education:
Bachelor’s
degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. A Master’s
degree is a plus.

Skills:

Strong
leadership and team management skills.

Excellent
communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Deep
understanding of the real estate market and sales processes.
•
Ability
to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
• Proficient in CRM software and
