B.tech (Electrical/ Mechanical)

Duties & Responsibilities:

•  Assist
the AGM – Operations in the development of Project Management Documents such as
project budgets, project schedules, project plans etc.

•  Execute
Project Management administrative and bookkeeping tasks such as managing invoices,
purchase orders and inventory reports

•  Supervise
the Project Procurement Process

•  Meeting
with Project clients to assess their needs and define project requirements

•  Coordinate
the allocation of project resources to ensure the project team has what’s
needed at the right time.

•  Assign
task to team members and help them understand what’s expected from them interms of project

•  Be
the liaison between the project team and project clents throughout the project
life cycle.

•  Help
project head to monitor project process and team members performance

•  Schedule
meetings among involved persons in Project.

•  Layout
/ Road map preparation for projects.

Required
Skill Set:

• Command in Excel

•  Qualification
in B.Tech(Electrical/ Mechanical)

•  Knowledge
of Auto CAD and Drawing

• Well- organized and responsible with an aptitude in
problem- solving

• Excellent communications

• Good time- management skills
