Key Responsibilities: - Sell insurance products (life, health, property, casualty) to new and existing customers - Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas - Develop and maintain relationships with customers, agents, and brokers - Identify and pursue new business opportunities - Conduct needs assessments and provide solutions to customers - Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and sales presentations - Negotiate premiums and terms with customers - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and competitors - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. underwriting, claims) - Provide exceptional customer service and support Requirements: - 2+ years of sales experience in the insurance industry - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills - Knowledge of insurance products and regulations - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Preferred Qualifications: - Industry certifications (e.g. CPCU, CLU, LUTCF) - Experience with sales software and technologies (e.g. CRM, sales automation) - Advanced degree (e.g. MBA)
