Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience in the insurance industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of insurance products and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry certifications (e.g. CPCU, CLU, LUTCF)
- Experience with sales software and technologies (e.g. CRM, sales automation)
- Advanced degree (e.g. MBA)
